An alumni of the prestigious Ambrose Alli University, Dr Daniel Akpaida is a certified Project Manager who has gathered over 15 years working experience in different sectors and management levels in the Real Estate Industry. With a Master’s in Business Administration, he has trained both locally and internationally in different fields of Business, Management, Consulting and other endeavors that impact on humanity which led to his conferment of Honorary Doctorate Degree by the United Graduate College and Seminary International, USA.

A fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant (FIMC), Dr Dan is a leader per excellence who has lead his organization Upland Realtors Ltd to winning several awards including The Most Reliable Management and Remodeling Company of the Year by the Nigeria Real Estate and Property Awards 2019 and 2021, Best Overall Non Oil and Gas Sector Award by the Nigeria Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) and many other awards.

Barr. Paul is an alumni of Ambrose Alli University and has been called to Bar at the Nigeria Law School, Abuja. He has held various leadership positions with the Nigeria Bar Association, Nigeria Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, Rotary Club of Abuja New Dawn, Catholic men Organization and many other organizations which gives credence to his leadership prowess and passion for humanity.

Mr. William began his profession career with Acdbury Nigeria as a Fixed Asset Officer in 2003 and rose to different positions as an Audit Assistant and Cash and Banking officer. He left Cadbury in 2014 to join Sunday I. Isu & Co (Chartered Accountant) as an Audit Manager. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) in 2008.

Mr. William holds certifications in Forensic Accounting, Conversion to International Standard Reporting Standard (IFRS), Executive IFRS for SMEs, International Public Sector Accounting Standard (IPSAS) which has enabled him participate and closed projects in different sectors including Auctioning of government properties.

Engr. Oriarewo is a COREN certified civil engineer with about a decade work experience. He is also certified by the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE, Abuja) and the Nigeria Society of Civil Engineers (Abuja chapter)

He has managed critical projects in Port Harcourt and Abuja as Chief Engineer and has held leadership positions through which he has trained and modelled young aspiring engineers. Engr. Oriarewo has also participated in different successful auctions of government properties within and outside Abuja.

Mr. Ishaya Bitrus is a graduate of the premier University of Ibadan. With about 15 years cumulative work experience in Mortgage and Real Estate Investment Services, Mr. Ishaya has attended several certificate courses with the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS), Metropolitan School of Business and Management (MSBM), United Kingdom; he has attended Seminars, Workshops and Trainings on Mortgage and Housing Finance, including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) My Own Home Scheme.

In the course of his working career in the Mortgage Banking Industry, Mr. Ishaya has climbed through the ranks in one Nigeria’s leading Mortgage Bank where he held leadership positions as Branch Manager in Lagos and Abuja. With special interest in Credit Risk Management, Mr. Ishaya is a Business Development expert whose focus is on providing practical solutions to the housing finance needs for individuals and organizations.

Engr. Abraham is an experienced civil engineer with certifications from the Council for the Regulations of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE, Abuja) and Nigeria Society of Civil Engineers, Abuja chapter.

He has attended Certificate Trainings on Bioengineering, Russia, in 2019; Civil Infrastructural Design (CIVILCAD) and Project Planning and Management Institute, CADD Center, Abuja, West Africa Center and other professional certificate courses.

Engr. Abraham has held different leadership positions including as Chief Engineer on various projects including in Abuja, Port- Harcourt and other parts of the country
